Angie Lai

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I offer in-person and online therapy for teens and adults. I love to provide caring support for people as they explore their lives, develop a deeper relationship with themselves, and experience healing. I am especially interested in how attachment injuries and traumatic experiences contribute to mental, emotional, and physical health distress, leaving clients feeling stuck or disconnected from who they are. Lifespan Integration is a powerful tool for shifting that stuckness and increasing that connection! I am excited to offer LI to clients in the context of a warm and understanding environment.

I take Premera, Lifewise, and some Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans. For other clients, I can provide a superbill, if requested.
