The concept of a wild heart speaks to the untamed spirit in all of us that contributes to our zest for life and is the inspiration for my practice.
After spending over 20 years in the audio and tech industry, I started leading my life with my wild heart and refocused my career around my innate empathetic and compassionate nature and true passion for helping and connecting with others. Combining my business and counseling experience, I found that starting my own counseling and coaching practice is the best way for me to share my knowledge to help others live authentically out of their well-being which brings deep meaning and fulfilment to my own life.
Working from a collaborative and eclectic approach, I facilitate and foster a warm, compassionate, and empathetic environment providing therapy and coaching services through a heart-focused lens to help individuals, partners, and families access their well-being, develop insight, and build connection with themselves and others.
