I’m a Certified Lifespan Integration therapist based in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Several years ago, I began searching for an effective method for treating acute and complex PTSD.  When I discovered Lifespan Integration in 2007, I found it to be a very deep but gentle treatment that succeeded where others I tried had failed.

Since my first beginning LI training, I have used LI with remarkable success with many clients of diverse ages, ethnicities and sexual orientations.

Since the Covid pandemic, I work exclusively online.  This allows me to serve clients througout California.  In addition to my therapy work with individuals,  I am committed to helping increase the number of trained LI therapists in California, and creating a community of support for this method for therapists and clients.
