I am a very relational counselor and offer a safe and caring space. I can hold your story with both great compassion and great hope, because I believe in the power of healing. It is an honor for me to journey with my clients toward their greater wholeness. If we work together, it will be an honor to journey with you.

There is life beyond trauma and abuse. Healing is possible. We were created to live in joy, and as the pain of the past is healed, joy can return. Through joy, clients learn to embrace their future with greater clarity, confidence and expectancy.

Lifespan Integration has been very helpful in my own healing and is now the primary therapy I use with my clients. The positive changes it brings are amazing. I offer both in person and Telehealth sessions.
