While I utilize multiple somatic, mind-body modalities and find each valuable for specific situations and purposes, I love how Lifespan Integration so gently yet effectively reorganizes implicit memories such that trauma triggers, anxieties, depression, and emotional dysregulation subside. I’ve witnessed both personally and professionally how this calming and connecting approach brings deep transformation to a person’s sense of self.
I specialize in providing individual therapy for residents of Washington state in areas of trauma (both complex and single-event), abuse, anxiety, and relational challenges, as well as addressing issues like depression, grief/loss, phobias, self-confidence, and navigating life transitions.
I see clients both in-person in N. Seattle, west of the I-5 Northgate exit, and via telehealth. I am in network with Premera, Lifewise, and some BCBS insurance plans. I can offer a “superbill”/receipt for clients who pay privately and would like to seek out-of-network benefits from other insurance companies.
