I provide individual therapy for a variety of issues such as: depression, anxiety, adult children of emotionally distant parents, adolescents and adults with ADHD, loss of a beloved pet, bipolar disorder, trauma(PTSD &Complex PTSD) and relationship issues.

I have specialized training in working with members of the military and first responders. As well as specialized training in dissociative disorders.

I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is one that needs safety and trust in order to help the client work through issues in a caring and compassionate environment. I am an inclusive therapist and strive to make every client feel welcome and supported.
