As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I offer a compassionate, grounded approach to therapy that centers on authenticity, resilience, and meaningful self-understanding. I believe that entering therapy is a courageous step—one that requires both strength and vulnerability.
I believed that I’m particularly attuned to the importance of identity, culture, and lived experience in shaping emotional wellbeing. I strive to bring a direct, honest, and thoughtful perspective to conversations around race, identity, and personal values, creating a space where clients can feel both challenged and deeply accepted. My goal is to help clients feel safe enough to get into the deeper self, while also empowering them to better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their lives.
I have seen wonderful success and change with Lifespan Integration and have spent the last 9 months in the work as a client myself in order to provide the best experience possible for clients. I look forward to helping you through this journey of trauma work and self-discovery.
