I am a warm, person-centered & strengths-based Art Therapist and LPC who works with children, teens, adults and parents. Lifespan Integration is integral to my work with anyone who has experienced attachment wounds, trauma and is looking to deepen their connection with self and others.
I enjoy supporting people learning to navigate their emotional landscapes, as well as growing their capacity to connect with loved ones and create meaningful relationships. I center my work within a strengths-based, person-centered, trauma informed lens, and rely on a systems framework, attachment theory, narrative therapy, as well as an awareness of intergenerational trauma. I also hold a strong social-justice background. I prefer to work collaboratively with clients to assist their growth in sustainable and identity-affirming ways. I am EMDR and Lifespan Integration trained and trauma informed. I work virtually and in person.
I also with clients seeking support with ADHD, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and trauma, and often offers social skills groups, emotional regulation groups, ADHD skills groups, and caregiver-child connection/ repair sessions. Ideal client’s are willing to engage and explore as they build new structures for working through challenges, and building connection to self.
