Chatham Kennedy

Chatham enjoys working with children (age 9 and older), adolescents, and adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma (including sexual abuse), PTSD, and attachment disorders. She also enjoys doing premarital counseling with couples, and working with individuals who are managing various life transitions.

Chatham utilizes evidence-based approaches, with particular emphases on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other elements which focus on rewiring the brain after trauma. She holds a certificate in Trauma-Informed Child Advocacy, is trained in Parent-Child Interactive Therapy, Life Span Integration Level 2 Trained, and is EMDR Level 1 Certified.
