Maybe this is your first time exploring the idea of therapy. Maybe you have tried different therapies before and you feel like there is still something lingering. Whatever your journey has been and wherever your journey is starting, I would love to walk the road with you, with the ultimate goal of handing a fulfilled, joyful and attuned life back to you. Through life, maybe you have had big events, maybe there have been smaller events that stack up or maybe you can’t quite put your finger on it but things just feel unsettled. Any or all of this can lead to overwhelm, to extreme dysregulation, to shutdown or a combination of these things. This is your system responding to life. I would be honored to work with you to repair the system through holding space for repeated attunement and repair, through holding space where you will be seen and learn to see yourself, where your experience will be held and trusted, where you will be enough.
