Cindy Wright

Services come from a clinician who is passionate about helping individuals and families grow. I have a deep understanding and compassion for the struggle of the family unit and the impact individual experiences have on those they live, work, and connect with. I use several theoretical approaches in a supportive and collaborative session using tools such as cognitive- behavior therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy and attachment theory.
I have familiarity working with all age groups and specializes in helping adults, couples, and families who have struggled with traumatic experiences, relational/behavioral patterns, and mental health concerns. I enjoy helping others focus on their strengths in order to move forward and live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
It is my passion to help individuals discover their strengths, gifts, and talents and help them to set and achieve meaningful goals that lead to core satisfaction. I would be honored to work together to address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict, and life transition
