Elizabeth holds a space of warmth, and presence where there is room to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and foster compassionate reconnection through attachment work.

Elizabeth integrates mindfulness, relational and body awareness approaches, as well as reconnection processing through expressive creative arts and multidimensional healing techniques, including Lifespan Integration Therapy and Hakomi.

Elizabeth is a lifelong learner who brings a whole-self approach to every session. She holds Person-Centered Theory at the heart of each session, allowing compassionate inquiry to be the source of guiding energy. She is rooted in the commitment to hold space for all that might arise to be there, and to honor the process of discovery that permission allows. Her use of integrative technique and nurturing presence guides the process of uncovering and claiming your innate creative resources and calling them back into your life. Elizabeth holds the belief that each one of us can benefit from a trusted counselor.
