Genesis Wheeler

My name is Genesis, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I’m dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. I utilize Lifespan Integration, along with Narrative and Psychodynamic therapy to help clients explore their stories, rewrite harmful narratives, and reclaim control over their lives. By integrating various therapeutic approaches, I provide practical tools to manage emotions, navigate relationships, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. With a focus on anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and religious harm, I offer a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions and make positive changes.
