I work with adults who have lived through complex and/or childhood trauma, as well as those who often feel emotionally flooded or disconnected from themselves and others.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, shame, relationship difficulties, or a sense that something just isn’t right, my approach is grounded in empathy, safety, and collaboration. Together, we can begin to gently explore your experiences, understand the patterns that may be holding you back, and work toward healing and reconnection—with yourself, your emotions, and your life.
