As a mental health therapist, my approach to empowering clients in holistic living is both an art and a science. I strive to create a brave space for teens, emerging adults, and adults that is rooted in acceptance, authenticity, and empathy. With over a decade of experience supporting others, I am deeply passionate about raising mental health awareness and feel honored to walk alongside each client—supporting them through life’s challenges, celebrating their victories, and fostering meaningful personal growth.
I appreciate each person’s unique qualities and adopt a multicultural and trauma-informed perspective in my practice. I am trained in Lifespan Integration trauma therapy and integrate evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, and expressive arts interventions. My clinical work often includes supporting clients in understanding and regulating emotions, identifying core beliefs, and increasing self-compassion. I am especially passionate about working with eating disorders across the lifespan and bring extensive experience in this area, including years spent in higher-level-of-care treatment settings. I work frequently with anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation, approaching these concerns through a harm-reduction, person-centered, and nonjudgmental lens. As a National Certified Counselor, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University and a Master’s in Counseling from Gonzaga University. Go Zags! I take on this role with great responsibility and humility, recognizing the profound privilege of speaking light and life into each person I meet.
