Hi, I’m Heather, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in Washington. If you’re feeling off balance, overwhelmed, or just plain stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone. With genuine curiosity and unconditional positive regard, I’ll meet you exactly where you are and walk beside you toward where you want to be.

My primary focus is Lifespan Integration (LI), a gentle, body-based therapeutic method that heals without re-traumatizing. It helps you weave past memories into a coherent, calming story of self. This approach is particularly effective for those dealing with the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, or relational issues.

I believe that each of us is woven into family histories, cultural stories, and communities. I help you see those threads clearly so you can keep what strengthens you and gently restitch what doesn’t. My goal is to support you in finding safety, healing, and a steady belief in your capacity to grow.
