I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certified in Lifespan Integration (LI) and another evidence-based trauma therapy: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I use these and mindfulness-based therapies to help adults who have experienced recent trauma as well as childhood trauma especially sexual abuse; also, current issues with self-harm, dissociation, and suicidal thoughts.
Education is part of the process of change and I hope to give you materials and information to help you through the healing process. I look forward to sharing many helpful tools to help with anxiety and depression, regulate emotions, and increase awareness in order to find a healthy balance and improve well-being.
I would be honored to provide a non-judgmental and compassionate safe-space to listen to what you have to say and provide encouragement and support to you on your journey of healing. I am licensed to work in Utah, USA both in-person and online.
