Jamie Alvey

As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm, peaceful space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I’m here to support you in cultivating self-compassion and connection with your authentic self. My approach to therapy is introspective and somatic, often using Brainspotting and Lifespan Integration Therapy in the process. While I work with a variety of issues, I’m particularly passionate about supporting those who are experiencing grief, anxiety, women’s issues, trauma, and challenges with creative expression. I’m committed to helping you navigate life with more peace, authenticity, and resilience.
