I’m a good fit for clients who want to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and seek to take personal responsibility around how they show up in their life and relationships. Doing inner transformational work can feel messy and unpleasant at times, and I will do my best to support you with respect and honesty in this process. We can explore your past and present experiences at a pace that works for you so that you can build clarity and resilience. I’m a trained Lifespan Integration Therapist and a trained EMDR therapist. These therapies can gradually change patterns of stress and trauma that have been deeply held in the mind-body, often beginning in early childhood. If you have tried talk and behavior focused therapies before and are still feeling stuck, you may find these therapies more helpful.
I received my masters degree from Bastyr University, and hold licenses in both mental health and nutrition. Currently I don’t provide nutrition counseling, but I am passionate about exploring body image, eating patterns, and general nutrition. I’m also trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), an effective body-based self-help tool.
