Have you ever found yourself saying:
“I know I’m safe, but my body doesn’t believe it.”
“I’ve talked about this in therapy before, but it still feels unresolved.”
“I feel broken, defective, or not good enough.”
“I want to feel differently, not just think differently.”
If so, you’re not alone.
Kasha became passionate about Lifespan Integration after experiencing firsthand the profound and lasting changes it brought to her own healing journey. Drawn to the organic way LI helps the authentic self emerge, she witnessed how integrating past experiences reduced the need for survival-based patterns and protective behaviors.
Kasha is a Licensed Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Level 4 training in Lifespan Integration (LI) Therapy. As a trauma-informed therapist, she has worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults in private practice for over two years, helping clients navigate trauma, childhood wounds, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, postpartum concerns, self-worth struggles, and life transitions.
Kasha believes healing happens when there is a safe space to simply be—without the pressure of others’ expectations and the exhausting cycle of survival mode. She is passionate about helping clients gently process and integrate past experiences so they can experience greater regulation, resilience, self-compassion, and connection to their authentic selves.
You don’t have to keep carrying the weight of the past alone. Healing is possible, and your authentic self is already there, waiting to emerge.
