I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have been providing therapy for over 35 years.

I am a Level 4 Lifespan Integration therapist, an advanced EMDR therapist, and a Certified Hypnotherapist. I am also a Reiki master. I have been using Lifespan Integration therapy in my practice since 2012 and have found it to be very effective for resolving all forms of trauma (including attachment trauma). It is also is an effective and powerful therapy for decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression by helping one to connect to and build a positive sense of self, increase one’s ability to manage and regulate one’s emotions and build confidence that frees one up to move forward with their life goals
