Kristan Baer

Kristan Baer is an LMSW in Birmingham, Alabama. She is a level 3 trained Lifespan Integration therapist and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She is passionate about working with those who have lived through trauma, specifically complex trauma, medical trauma, and sexual trauma. She works as a psychotherapist at Taproot Therapy Collective and as a therapist and advocate for survivors of sexual violence at a local non-profit. She is a breast cancer survivor and has a passion for supporting clients as they go through cancer treatment and beyond.
