Lauren Alfieri

Lauren is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington. She approaches her therapeutic work from a collaborative standpoint inviting clients to bring their full selves to a nonjudgmental and compassionate space to explore what will work for your authentic self each step of the way along your healing journey. Lauren specializes in trauma, sex & sexuality, relationships, self esteem, ADHD, and life transitions. She utilizes her trainings in EMDR and Lifespan Integration and is finishing her certification as a sex-therapist with AASECT. Her frameworks for therapy tend to draw from IFS, CBT, and mindfulness although she blends modalities and tools as applicable to the specific person and their goals. She works with teens, adults, and couples via Telehealth and offers outdoor sessions in Seattle, WA.
