I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Sandy, UT and own Rooted Connection Therapy.  I am so glad you are here!  My passion is to help you live your life more fully and presently.  I love Lifespan Integration therapy (LI) as it goes deeper than just symptom relief.  It helps to process at the body level which is where trauma is stored.  LI is a gentle mind/body approach to clearing out trauma but also can connect you with yourself and others.

I work with adults of all ages specializing in attachment and trauma.  I also specialize in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman Therapy for Couples.
