Hi! I’m Lisa! I look forward to meeting you!  I provide counseling for adults, families, teens, and children.  I am great with kids and teens; it comes naturally to me. Adults appreciate my down-to-earth nature and ability to meet them where they’re at.  Lifespan Integration therapy is one of my primary modalities in counseling clients.  I provide both traditional counseling and Christian counseling, upon request of the client.

Specialties: depression, anger, anxiety, stress, trauma and PTSD, physical, sexual, emotional abuse recovery (for adults, teens, & children), grief and loss, self-harm behaviors (like cutting), healthy relationships, ADD/ADHD, family health, child behavior challenges, parenting skills, life coaching, spiritual direction, identity, decision making.

I am a Washington State Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS), Ethnic Minority Specialist for the Latino population in WA, bilingual (Spanish/English), and a licensed professional teacher in WA (As a former teacher, I maintain my professional level teaching certificate.)
