Lisa Wilkinson

I am a licensed mental health counselor in private practice for over 20 years. My background includes a bachelors degree in astronautical engineering from MIT, a masters degree in aerospace engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a masters degree in counseling from Colorado Christian University. I am a trauma-informed therapist who uses narrative therapy, lifespan integration (LI), complex integration of multiple brain systems (CIMBS), and nonviolent communication (NVC) to help clients reach their mental health goals.
