Liz Leithead

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I see clients in person or online in Utah and online in Idaho.

One of the most meaningful things about working as a therapist is witnessing transformation in the individuals I work with. I believe each person has inherent worth and I feel privileged to help them recognize that within themselves. I am delighted to work with individuals who are willing to face their challenges and lean into the work of healing. I am trained in various trauma modalities, and I prioritize Lifespan Integration over the rest as a gentle but effective and comprehensive approach to healing. I cherish hope and believe in change and healing.

I have worked with a range of ages and stages of life. I have worked extensively with individuals with mood disorders, ADHD, Level 1 Autism, and trauma. As the mother of a neurodivergent teen, I know first-hand the difficulties of parenting these amazing humans.

When I’m not sitting with individuals and witnessing their story, I’m witnessing my own. I feel lucky to live at the base of the mountains where I love to hike, to sit under a tree, to smell a flower, to read a book, and to spend time with my people.
