Lizet Lopez-Longoria is a Certified Lifespan Integration (LI) Therapist who helps clients heal from trauma and attachment wounds through gentle, body-based integration. Her approach supports the brain’s natural ability to reprocess painful experiences—promoting calm, safety, and lasting change.
Warm, grounded, and bilingual in English and Spanish, Lizet creates a safe space where clients can reconnect with themselves and move toward wholeness.
She provides virtual services to Nevada residents and Texas.  She also offers in-person sessions to the community of El Paso, Texas.
