Michelle Miner

Certified in Lifespan Integration and trained in EMDR and EFT therapies, Michelle is passionate about helping to heal trauma and attachment injuries, with a special focus in developmental and betrayal trauma. Her trauma-informed approach focuses on individual strength and resilience, helping individuals experience compassion and acceptance as they develop coping strategies and healthy attachment. Michelle also uses a variety of modalities such as IFS, DBT, CBT, play, art, and sand tray therapies to best meet the needs of her clients.
