Michelle Thorsteinson

I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in private practice with offices in Monroe, Washington and Everett, Washington. I work with adult individuals and couples. My areas of specialty are grief and loss, adoption, trauma, anxiety, and depression. My Christian faith allows me to integrate faith based counseling when desired. I frequently use Lifespan Integration with my clients, because I value the gentle way it approaches trauma and overwhelm in a person’s story while effectively supporting reduction in symptoms that typically bring a client in to see me. I value the relationships I build with each of my clients, and believe positive rapport supports hope and safety in the counseling process. I consider it a privilege to come alongside others and witness their healing and growth.
