Mikie Moore

Hello, I’m Mikie, a Licensed Counselor in Oregon working with the outpatient group practice BrightSpire Health. I have been practicing Lifespan Integration since June 2023 and completed Level 4 training in March 2026. My therapeutic approach is strength-based and centered on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with children, teens, and adults up to age 55. I believe every client already carries the inner strengths and resources needed to overcome challenges and move toward healing. At the same time, I recognize that barriers such as low self-worth, unhelpful thought patterns, trauma stored in the body, and deeply rooted internal programming can make those strengths difficult to access. My work focuses on helping clients identify and break through these barriers so they can create meaningful change, build stability, and develop a more fulfilling life. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, neglect from primary caregivers, domestic violence, birth trauma, and attachment trauma.
