Miranda is an Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A) currently working towards full licensure in Seattle, Washington. She has earned her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University in 2023 alongside her Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2019.
Miranda specializes in working with teens and young adults who struggle with plethora of mental and behavioral health concerns. Miranda currently specializes, but is not limited to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).
Miranda utilizes various modalities including Lifespan Integration (LI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Christian Counseling, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and is currently working on her CERP in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Miranda is currently a Level 3 LI Therapist that working towards completing Level 4 pursuing full certification in Lifespan Integration.
