Welcome! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals seeking support and guidance.

I’ve dedicated my career to working with individuals, children, and families across various settings, with a recent emphasis on modalities tailored for adults who have experienced early childhood and complex trauma. Beyond that, as a foster and adoptive parent myself, I am intimately familiar with the day-to-day joys and challenges of raising children who experienced early attachment disruption. This personal experience enriches my professional practice, allowing me to approach therapy with a unique blend of empathy, insight, and practicality.

The primary modality I use in sessions is Lifespan Integration. I look forward to partnering with you while you take the steps necessary for healing and living an authentic life!
