I’m an LCSW licensed to work with clients in California and Utah through telehealth, and I accept a wide range of insurance plans.

I’ve developed a real passion for LI, seeing it help clients who felt stuck or weren’t making much progress with talk therapy or other treatments start moving forward and finding healing in a natural, organic way. LI has helped people heal from past experiences and live more fully in the present, improving their relationships and overall well-being.

I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe everyone has inherent worth. My goal is to help people see themselves with greater honesty and compassion, and I’d be honored to hear your story and explore what we can achieve together.
