Every person deserves to feel heard, seen, and valued. When I decided to become a counselor, I decided to be the type of counselor that holds space for others and nurtures an environment where people feel safe to express themselves, be vulnerable, and grow. It is my belief that every person has that spark within for growth, change, and acceptance.

We have all faced challenges and obstacles that have made it hard to reach our full potential. We have all felt stuck in something that was challenging to face. Through and with LI we can face/overcome those challenges and obstacles together.
