Rosana Mina Meza

I enjoy working with individual adults struggling with PTSD and trauma, anxiety disorders and depression. I also have specialized training and experience working with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. I utilize more traditional forms of talk therapy as well as somatic psychotherapy called Somatic Transformation, Lifespan Integration,  Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Sandtray Therapy to create a more holistic approach to healing.
