Sydney Metcalf

Located in Renton, Washington, I use Lifespan Integration to support individuals (teens to elderly) heal from past and current trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and grief/ loss. In addition, LI supports life transitions such as having children, vocational changes, loss of a loved one, health problems, empty nesting, and retirement. I’ve seen Lifespan Integration provide insight/meaning surrounding past and present relationships and heal attachment woundings from childhood, opening space to move towards an “earned secure attachment” through a loving connection to self.  I’ve successfully completed 3 levels of LI training and use LI as a major part of my practice. I am available in-person or over Zoom.
