Zuania is a compassionate psychotherapist based in New York and New Jersey. As a neurodivergent-affirming mental health advocate, she is passionate about supporting individuals in their journey to improve their lives and relationship dynamics while fostering self-awareness and respecting other individuals’ autonomy.
She works collaboratively with clients to reconnect, heal, and regain a sense of empowerment through integrative, person-centered, spiritually sensitive, and trauma- and multicultural-informed approaches. Specializing in neurodiversity-related challenges (ADHD, ASD, SPD), perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, parenting mental health, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies, she’s particularly interested in the interplay of neurodiversity and developmental variations in relation to self-regulation, self-efficacy, and self-perception.
As a mental health therapist and coach, Zuania extends her support to moms-to-be, new moms, dads, and families seeking emotional guidance and resources to navigate the challenges associated with pregnancy, parenting adjustments, fertility struggles, and loss.

In her role as the Executive Director of HypeHopes, an inclusive family hub located in New Windsor, NY, she manages, develops, and provides mental health programs to the neurodiverse community that promote healing, connection, and strengthen relationships.
